Listen. Understand. Practice. Sinhala Dhamma teachings in English and Hindi.
As fellow seekers of Dhamma, we longed to understand Sinhala sermons deeply. We began translating them with the help of AI and are sharing them here for anyone who may benefit.
We are a group of Upāsakas who closely follow the teachings shared by Mahamevnawa Monastery, Sri Lanka. Their Sinhala Dhamma sermons contain profound and valuable teachings, but many seekers who do not understand Sinhala are unable to access them deeply.
For a long time, we searched for accurate translations so we could learn and reflect on the Dhamma in its purest possible form without missing important meanings. As part of our own learning journey, we began translating these sermons using AI-assisted tools, with great care and sincerity.
We are sharing these translations here with the hope that they may benefit other seekers as well.
Please note that this website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by Mahamevnawa Monastery. All translations are independently created by us using AI tools, and any mistakes or inaccuracies are entirely our own responsibility. While we strive for accuracy and faithfulness to the teachings, AI translations may sometimes miss nuance or context.
We humbly encourage everyone to approach the Dhamma with mindfulness, wisdom, and personal reflection while using these translations.
A Loving space for our beloved fellow seekers
